Our journey began when we immigrated to Canada, knowing little of the language but driven by a clear vision: to build something meaningful, something that could support our family and make a positive impact.

We started small, flipping and constructing single-family homes, and grew into land assemblies and developments. Then we discovered the power of cash-flowing apartment buildings, and everything changed.
