About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Property Accountant/Bookkeeper to manage full-cycle accounting operations for our real estate investment portfolio. You will be responsible for financial reporting, lease accounting, budgeting, and cash flow management while working closely with property management and leadership teams. This is a key role in a growing company where accuracy, initiative, and organization matter.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in property management or real estate
• Strong full-cycle accounting experience
• Expertise in QuickBooks Desktop and Online
• Experience with Yardi software (asset)
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• High degree of professionalism and confidentiality
